Victim Support is a Government initiative that provides anonymous reporting for hate crime in Wales.

Lobster has been proud to work with Victim Support in the provision of their reporting website for a number of years and recently we rebuilt their website to be more mobile responsive and simpler to use than the previous site we built originally.

The site uses a Secure Socket Layer and PGP Encryption to protect user data when transferring the information from the user to the recipient. The site is also available in both English and Welsh plus the site has other content available in other languages.

We deliberately built the site to be light on images and code that would slow down the user experience. Allowing users quick, easy to use access and security where the primary concerns for the website.
